Returns + Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your items for any reason*, please email me emily@kittycatgo.com.

I will accept returns* within 14 days starting from the date of delivery of your items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, with all original tags attached and in resaleable condition. Please allow 2-weeks to process the return and see the credit on your account. 

Sale items are final. 

*Custom leash and collar orders are not eligible for returns.
