What is BioThane®?
BioThane® is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean. It is meant to have the look and feel of leather without all the downsides that come with leather.

LEASH WIDTH: 1/2 inch
LEASH LENGTH: Lengths start at 5 feet but available in up to 12 feet
LEASH WEIGHT: 4-6oz, depending on the length chosen
CUSTOMIZE: Choose your main leash color, accent color (accent color is for the handle and hook attachment), length, and hardware color
What is the turnaround time on orders?
All leashes and collars are made-to-order, so please allow a shipping turnaround time of approximately 7-10 business days.
Why aren't all the leash color options listed on the color drop down menus?
If a pictured color is not available on the Main or Accent color drop down menus, it is because it is currently sold out.
If a color is listed as an Accent Color but not a Main color, it is because I have enough of the color left to be used as an accent color but not enough left to be used as a main color.
If a color is sold out, when will you get it back in stock?
There is no guaranteed time frame of when a color will come back in stock. It depends on several factors.
If it's a "Limited Edition" color, I don't restock those unless I decide to bring it back as another Limited Edition color again in the future.
What is a Glitter Glaze?
Glitter Glaze is a glazing of silver glitter paint that can be added to the accent pieces of your Kylo Leash or the length of your Kylo Collar.
It is quite durable and does not scratch or flake off very easily.
It's a great way to add a touch of glam to your Kylo Gear!

What is the Kylo Guarantee?
All Kylo Leashes are backed by a Lifetime Guarantee.
Can I use this leash for my dog (or other animal)?
Because the Kylo Leashes have only been tested for regular use by cats, it is not recommended to use them for other animals. The design and hardware may not hold up against regular use by another animal.
Also, the lifetime guarantee only covers damages and/or wear and tear caused by use with cats.

I ship anywhere within the United States and Canada.
